Guests will enter the KarINN and find themselves in a courtyard area saturated in vibrant colors and neon signage, and it comes complete with a pool. Each of the eight rooms will have access to this shared space and private room.
Themed after our favorite 'Karens,' each room features gorgeous accent walls, stylish decor, modern fixtures, a smart tv, an individual coffee maker, and our favorite retro microwaves and refrigerators.

Designed to blend residential comfort with a chic and quirky twist. This is a great space to relax, unwind, have some laughs and treat yourself to a cocktail. Besides, we're not judging!
The D.W house was designed for a bachelor in her early 40s. As an entrepreneur - her fast paced lifestyle required us to design a quiet, warm and indulgent space. The public space can function well for either one person or a group of people, as the client loves to host friends and family over the weekends.
Just because you may have to work with a Karen, doesn't mean you have to vacation with her.
